UPDATE: we have control of our Discord server again but the hacker has deleted all the channels, we are working on restoring them. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We appreciate your continued support and hope to see you soon on the MurAll discord.

@everyone as you're aware our Discord server was hacked after a hacker gained an access token to log in as @TheKeiron on discord. Then while I was asleep proceeded to announce a fake airdrop link which I have learned some of our community clicked, banned all the moderators and community members who tried to warn others/us and as a final act of destruction deleted all our channels which cannot be recovered so we have to set it all up again. We have control back of the discord server (the login token only works so long as you have access to it, they didn't have the password/2FA so revoking the session stopped access to the hackers). We understand the importance of maintaining a secure platform for our community, and we've taken immediate steps to reinforce our security measures to prevent any future breaches. We all have to be very careful in this space (especially us creators as we have a giant target on our heads) and we all need to make sure that we are aware of potential security risks and how to avoid them: - Use strong and unique passwords for all accounts: Avoid using the same password across multiple accounts and make sure to create strong and complex passwords that are difficult to guess. - Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a secondary code to be entered after entering your password. - Keep software and security systems up to date: Make sure to regularly update your software and security systems, including firewalls and antivirus software, to protect against potential vulnerabilities. - Be cautious of suspicious links and emails: Avoid clicking on suspicious links or opening emails from unknown sources as they may contain malware or phishing attempts. Always check the urls to verify their legitimacy. - Regularly backup your data: It's important to regularly backup your data to ensure that you don't lose any important information in case of a hack or data breach (we made this mistake with our discord, we weren't aware that the channels could not be restored) - If there is an announcement about some kind of event/airdrop etc always verify across socials - for instance we have Twitter, Telegram, Medium and Discord and we announce across all those channels If anyone has any information about the hackers please do reach out to us.
